Gear reducers are mainly classified into four categories: 1. F series (French), 2. R series (Japanese), 3. S series (Soviet), and 4. K series (Canadian).

 1) R series reducer

R series reducers, also known as coaxial gear reducers, offer advantages such as easy installation and high adaptability. They are reliable, durable, and capable of withstanding high overloads.

4. R series reducers can be combined with various types of motors, forming an electromechanical integration that guarantees the quality characteristics of the products.

2) F series reducer

F series reducers, also known as parallel-axis reducers, are parallel-axis helical gear reducers. They have the advantage of modularity in design, significantly reducing the variety of components, inventory, and delivery time.

These reducers feature a high-rigidity cast iron housing, high-quality alloy steel gears with carburizing and hardening treatment, precision gear grinding, smooth transmission, low noise, high load-carrying capacity, low temperature rise, and long service life.

They are suitable for applications requiring high precision, but they are relatively more expensive.

3) K series reducer

K series reducers are known for their high precision, high efficiency, fine gradation of transmission ratio, wide range, high torque transmission capacity, reliable performance, low noise, flexible installation, and easy maintenance.

They are widely used in various low-speed, high-torque right-angle transmissions and serve as common basic components in mechanical transmissions.

1. These reducers are optimized according to international standards, offering high precision, high efficiency, fine gradation of transmission ratio, wide range, high torque transmission capacity, reliable performance, low noise, flexible installation, and easy maintenance.

2. They are widely used in various low-speed, high-torque right-angle transmissions, serving as common basic components in mechanical transmissions.

3. K series reducers, which have a high technological content, save space, are reliable and durable, have a high overload capacity (up to 200KW), low energy consumption, superior performance.

4. Low energy consumption, superior performance, with a reduction motor efficiency of over 95%.

5. Precisely processed, with configurations of helical gears, bevel gears, and worm gears, the reducers can be equipped with various types of motors, forming a complete integration of mechanical and electrical components, fully ensuring the quality characteristics of the products. They can be installed in various positions, including horizontal or flange mounting.

4) S series reducer

S series reducers, also known as right-angle reducers or helical-worm reducers, have a high degree of automation with a self-locking function. They can be matched with different types of motors ranging from 0.12KW to 22KW.

1. The S series helical-worm reducers have a high technological content, with an integrated transmission of helical gears and worm gears, improving torque and efficiency.The series offers complete product specifications, a wide speed range, good versatility, and adaptability to various installation methods.

​They have safe and reliable performance and a long service life, meeting international standards.

2. The surface of the housing has a concave-convex design for heat dissipation, strong vibration absorption, low temperature rise, and low noise.

3. The sealing performance of the reducer is good, and it has strong adaptability to the working environment.

4. The reducer has high transmission accuracy, making it particularly suitable for applications with frequent starts. It can be connected to various types of reducers and configured with different types of motor drives. It can be installed in a 90-degree transmission operating position.

5. The key components of the reduction motor are made of high-wear-resistant materials and undergo special heat treatment. They have high machining accuracy, smooth transmission, small size, large load-carrying capacity, and long service life.

6. The reducer can be equipped with various types of motors, forming a complete integration of mechanical and electrical components, fully ensuring the quality characteristics of the products.
