Precision Reducer for Heavy-Duty Robotic Joints

In recent years, with the rapid development of intelligent manufacturing, traditional manufacturing has been accelerating its transformation. Dongguan FUBAO, since 2010, has been dedicated to the design of RV reducers, leveraging new reduction principles and newly developed radial and axial output bearings. They have independently developed more than ten series of products, including the E series, C series, and N series, which are now widely used.
 
One of their latest achievements is the domestically first QL-3500E high-rigidity and impact-resistant precision reducer, catering to applications in areas such as large-scale heavy-duty robotic joints, construction machinery load-bearing shafts, and energy rotation drives.
 
The weight of the multi-joint industrial robot's mechanical arm can easily cause displacement errors and cumulative clearances in various connection parts, leading to an expansion of position deviations and affecting the accuracy of the front-end unit of the mechanical arm. This small cycloidal pinwheel reducer tackles a series of chain reactions caused by displacement and clearances.

It combines "high torque that allows smooth rotation even under heavy loads" with "high precision due to small clearances between components." With a backlash of less than 1 arc-minute, it can withstand 5 times the rated torque, and the permissible torque during start-up and stoppage can reach 2.5 times the rated torque. It simultaneously achieves high torque, high rigidity, and high precision.
 
The introduction of QL-3500E sets new standards for performance and reliability in demanding industrial applications. It will play a crucial role in areas such as large-scale heavy-duty robotic joints, construction machinery load-bearing shafts, and energy rotation drives, driving further development in intelligent manufacturing.
