Introduction of Plane enveloping worm reducer

Plane enveloping torus worm drive is a new type of worm drive device invented in 1971. This kind of worm gear pair has the following characteristics:
1. The tooth surface of worm has high hardness (HRC58), and the surface is accurately ground after nitriding, with high precision and smooth surface.
2. The machining process has high coincidence with the forming principle and high transmission precision.
The engagement between worm and worm wheel is multi-tooth contact, each tooth is instantaneous double-line contact, and the contact area of tooth surface can reach more than 70%.
3. The comprehensive curvature radius of the meshing surface is large.
4. The angle between the contact line and the relative velocity direction is large, and the formation and retention of dynamic oil film are good.
5. This kind of worm gear pair has large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency and wear resistance, and can be widely used in metallurgy, mining, chemical industry, construction, rubber and plastics, shipbuilding and other industries.

The worm drive of planar enveloping worm reducer can be divided into two types: planar primary enveloping and planar secondary enveloping. These two reducers have similarities and differences.

TP- series is a planar once-enveloping worm drive reducer. At present, there are four types: TPG, TPU, TPA and TPS. Its working conditions are that the working environment temperature is-40℃ ~+40℃, the speed of the input shaft is not more than 1500 rpm, and the worm shaft can rotate in both directions. It is a new transmission device with large bearing capacity, high transmission efficiency and compact and reasonable structure.
