  • 5. Wobble gear and spline gear design.
  • 6. Wide application and strong applicability

The WRV-E series RV reducers feature:

1. Built-in angular contact ball bearings that support external loads, provide high bending rigidity and allow for high permissible bending moments, improving reliability.

2. Two-stage reduction design:

The slower orbital speed of the wobble gear results in lower vibration. The direct connection between the motor and input gear reduces inertia.

3. Planet carrier support structure:

High torsional rigidity, low vibration, and strong shock resistance.

4. Roller bearing contacts:

Low starting torque, low wear, long service life, and tight arcmin gear backlash.

5. Wobble gear and spline gear design:

Tight gear backlash and strong shock resistance.

Simultaneous meshing of multiple wobble and spline gear teeth effectively resists shock loads.

1. The maximum speed of the input shaft shall not be greater than the X-speed ratio of the allowable maximum output speed.
2. The output torque (Nm) is a value obtained by setting the life time to be fixed at each output speed.
3. The rated output torque refers to the output torque when the output speed is 15r/min.
4. The inertia moment value is the value of the reducer body. Inertia moment of input gear is not included.
5. If you need a speed ratio other than the above, please consult our company.
6. The output speed is the speed when switching between positive and negative, which is not suitable for unidirectional continuous rotation.
